Kumusta! Hi! ~

Where I'm From

I was born in the Philippines, and when I was four, my mom, sister, and I immigrated to the US. We settled in in the northern suburbs of Chicago, where I abruptly learned about sub-zero temps and White Christmas. My mom is a high school teacher (retiring soon, yay!), and education has been an important part of my life since childhood.

What I've Done

I’ve worked at various fast food chains while in high school. After that, I went off to Stanford for college. While in college, I worked as an IT assistant for the libraries and learned that teaching is fun as a teaching assistant for Physics.

What I do Now

I work as the User Experience Lead at TINA Healthcare ↗ designing joyful web experiences. Previously, I worked in London as a Product Designer at Mimecast ↗ crafting digital interfaces to fight against cyber crime.

Where am I Today

I live in Chicago, Illinois, where I am seen either running, sewing, playing games, or playing with a dog.
